 l Congregational Meeting of St. Lukes Lutheran Church will be held on Sund
 ay\, August 30\, 2026\, following the Unity Service in the Sanctuary. The 
 purpose of this meeting is to consider and vote on the pastoral candidate 
 presented by the Call Committee.\nConfirmation of the Special Congregation
 al Meeting\nThe St. Lukes Constitution provides that the President may cal
 l a special meeting of the congregation. In my capacity as President of th
 e Administrative Council\, I hereby formally confirm the Special Congregat
 ional Meeting previously announced to the congregation. The date\, time\, 
 location\, and purpose of the meeting remain unchanged.\nWe respectfully a
 sk all voting members to make every effort to attend this important meetin
 g in person. For those who are unable to attend\, proxy voting will be ava
 ilable. In accordance with our proxy policy\, a Confirmed Member who is un
 able to attend may designate another Confirmed Member to act as their prox
 y for purposes of voting at the meeting.\nThe selection of our next pastor
  is an important decision in the life and future of St. Lukes. We look for
 ward to coming together in prayer and thoughtful consideration as we disce
